Transfer Funds Between Accounts

HDFC Bank allows Transfer Funds Between Accounts through NetBanking facility to its valued customers. The bank has introduced e-Monies National Electronic Funds Transfer facility for the customers. Customers can use this facility to transfer funds to other Bank accounts across India at their own convenience through the NetBanking facility that the bank provides.

To Transfer Funds Between Accounts, you have to register for the service by logging on to NetBanking page in the HDFC bank's website. Once you enter into NetBanking page by providing your Customer ID and Password, you have to ho to Third Party Funds Transfer and have follow few simple steps to transfer your fund. Your fund would be credited to the beneficiary bank account.

While you Transfer Funds Between Accounts, you have to keep it mind that the fund transfer request made by 1 pm would be presented to RBI on the same day. The fund transfer request made after 1 pm would be presented to the RBI on the next working day. Request placed on the non-working day would also be presented to RBI on the next working day. The actual time taken to credit the account depends upon the time taken by the Payee's Bank to process the payment. The RBI has stipulated a fixed time to transfer all the funds and HDFC maintains that time frame. A customer can transfer Rs. 5 lacs per day at most.

There are some great benefits in the funds transfer facility. You can transfer funds from your account to any other Bank account across India in a very short period of time. There is no need to send DDs / Cheques. It is a lot faster, safer and easier way to transfer your funds, that too comes at a no cost.
