Although paper statements are discontinued for most checking and savings accounts when you sign up for Online Statements. You can switch back to paper at any time.
Through the View Account Balances & Statements facility of online banks, you can receive both paper and online statements for credit cards, loans, lines of credit, brokerage accounts, some checking and savings accounts. If you discontinue your paper statements, you will receive an email notification when a new statement is available online.
